What the grades mean
Every peptide carries an evidence grade so you can see at a glance how much is actually known about it in people.
Approved as a drug by the FDA for a specific product and use, backed by human trials. The approval doesn't extend to other forms or uses.
Tested in controlled human trials, or approved outside the US, but not FDA-approved.
Some human data, such as small, early or open-label studies. Not enough to know how well it works or how safe it is.
Studied only in animals or cells. No reliable human data.
No published research on this molecule.
About the screening flags
Talk to a prescriber first means the research or the drug's labeling says people with that condition should not use it, or the risk is serious. Discuss with a prescriber means there is a known risk or an unknown that someone qualified should weigh for you.
About 'What was used in studies'
Each peptide lists the amounts used on its drug label or in published human studies, with the source. Those amounts were given to specific people, often for a specific medical condition, sometimes by IV in a hospital or as a single test dose. They aren't a regimen for you. If a peptide says 'no human data,' nobody has published a dose tested in people.
Your privacy
This app doesn't collect, store or send anything you enter. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Your screening answers and goals exist only on your screen while the app is open, and they're cleared when you close it or tap Start over. It doesn't contact any other company's servers. If you copy your list, it goes to your phone's clipboard, and what you do with it from there is up to you.

What this guide is and isn't
It summarizes published research, drug labels and regulatory status as of October 2026. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace an exam, lab work or a prescriber. Many peptides here are not approved by the FDA and have little or no human research. Where a peptide is an approved drug, that approval covers a specific product and use, not every form sold under the same name. This site does not sell or link to any products.
